i appreciated the private beach area a lot. there were comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas available. the barman made a delicious welcome drink. it was named bazooka and quickly became my favorite .
the hotel cleaning levels seemed to not be consistent in the corridors.

i stayed in an executive junior suite sea view. the room included a large comfortable bed. air conditioning kept the room at a consistent and cool temperature. staff always smiled and helped when approached.
the corridors outside the room seemed quite dirty. i saw a vacuum cleaner left there for hours.

the reception staff was nice and polite. i was helped with restaurant bookings. the breakfast service was quick and efficient with a variety of choices, also special thanks to the wonderful concierge Ariadna, very helpful and smiling.

The check-in process felt disorganized. i had to provide my personal information multiple times through a strange online form before arrival. upon arrival, i still needed to show my passport again. also, the pool wasn't heated. The water felt quite cold (around 19 degrees celsius).

Fantastic Beachfront Stay!

The resort was quiet during my early April visit. I found the hotel beautiful and the rooms very nice. There was ample space to sit around. the beach is right in front of the hotel, so it is easy to move back and forth. The children's entertainers are sweet and encouraged the shy kids to join in. It is a lovely spot, and the beach walk extends a fair distance with a great restaurant nearby.
My room was an ok size, but the bathroom grout had mould. I also found it needed a good clean. I noticed the minibar was not refilled .
